As scaling parameters and inference-time compute show diminishing returns, Adrian will explain why the next frontier in AI comes from architectural breakthroughs – spanning persistent memory, sparse computation, and continual adaptation – that deliver more intelligence per watt, token, and dollar. He will introduce BDH, Pathway’s architecture unifying memory, reasoning, and adaptation, and chart a path toward AI that retains what matters and improves through experience.
